One diagnostic, and the products that follow from it.

Every product below reads the same underlying model of an operation. They differ in which part of the system they interrogate, and which decision they are meant to support.

01

Energy MRI

In ten days, where a plant is losing money through energy, ranked by return.

A remote energy-and-financial prediagnostic. Inputs: 12–24 months of invoices, RPU, location, floor area, process and use, schedules, production or occupancy, and the main equipment. Irven adds climate, irradiance, temperature, building and territorial context, tariff, benchmarks and preliminary PV, BESS and efficiency potential. Delivers an energy profile, the main cost components, anomalies, opportunities, preliminary capital and saving, an uncertainty range and a go / no-go on the investment-grade diagnostic. Method follows ISO 50002-1:2025. It is not an official compliance inspection and does not replace signed engineering.

02

Bankable Energy Diagnostic

Robust enough for a finance director to commit capital on.

Site visit, energy inventory, measurement, temporary submetering, documented baseline normalised for weather and production, and full assessment of HVAC, motors, pumping, refrigeration, power quality, solar and storage, with the financial analysis attached. Every measure ends in one record: annual kWh saved, pesos saved, capital, payback, NPV, IRR, avoided tCO₂e, uncertainty range, risk rating and a decision. Built on ISO 50002-1:2025, ISO 50006:2023 and ISO 50015:2014.

03

Energy CFO

Energy as a line on the P&L, managed like one.

The recurring core. Invoice normalisation, cost by site, consumption and demand, power factor, anomaly detection, benchmarking, forecast, budget against actual, expected close-of-period cost, alerts, an opportunity pipeline and tracking of measures already implemented. The dashboard does not say “consumption: 1,842 MWh”. It says “avoidable cost detected this month: $187,500”.

$5,000–$60,000 per month per site
04

Portfolio Intelligence

One model across every site, so effort goes where it pays.

For operators with many locations: consumption, tariff, climate, building context and regional market data combined to rank a portfolio by expected return, with variance analysis across sites and a standing view of which locations deserve a full diagnostic next.

Client
Chains and multi-site operators
Indicative · MXN

05

PowerShield

Power quality and reliability, converted into money.

Measures sags, swells, micro-interruptions, harmonics, power factor, frequency, imbalance, duration and recurrence, then correlates events against production: “this 430 ms event coincides with a stop on line 4 and an estimated loss of $185,000”. Continuous monitoring, event classification, economic quantification, mitigation recommendation and preliminary sizing of UPS, BESS or filters. Technical frame: Código de Red (RES/550/2021), NOM-001-SEDE-2012, NOM-029-STPS-2011, NOM-022-STPS-2015.

CoolingOS

Heat turned into money — the strongest case in a hot climate.

A thermal twin built from outdoor temperature, ECOSTRESS and Landsat surface temperature, indoor sensors, BMS, occupancy, HVAC data, consumption, demand and tariff. Estimates future thermal load, peak, the marginal cost of cooling, and the value of pre-cooling, insulation, shading, cool roofs, equipment replacement and solar or storage. Separates what control can fix from what only replacement can.

Indicative · MXN
Onboarding $50,000–$300,000 + $10,000–$80,000 per month
07

WaterOS

The water–energy nexus, treated as one system.

Level, pressure, flow, pump efficiency, power, schedule, tank and demand management, leakage, climate, tariff and the solar or storage case on top. Deep-well extraction alone can be 30–60% of a water system’s energy use. Water and energy are billed separately and wasted together. Relevant standards: NOM-004-ENER-2025 for clean-water motor-pump sets and NOM-006-ENER-2015 for deep-well pumping.

08

GridReady

“Should I build my new plant here?” — answered as an Energy Site Score.

Available energy, infrastructure, interconnection risk, reliability, expected cost, future demand, solar, storage, temperature, water, carbon and corridor growth, combined into one score for a specific site. For industrial parks, manufacturers, data centres, developers, real-estate funds and site-selection firms. A private score does not replace official connection or interconnection studies.

Client

$250,000–$1,000,000 per study
09

Energy Project Risk Score

Technical and financial underwriting for solar, storage and efficiency.

Scores consumption, resource, technology, degradation, operation, tariff, capital and operating cost, sensitivity, DSCR, payback, permits, climate risk and counterparty. For banks, funds, lessors, EPCs and developers. Deliberately named a project risk score, not a credit score: it is not a credit bureau report and not a regulated credit rating.

$25,000–$150,000 per project · enterprise licence $500,000–$3,000,000 per year
10

Opportunity Engine

Which buildings in a city deserve a project first.

A territorial layer of estimated demand, probable cost, tariff, solar potential, storage and efficiency opportunity, return, carbon, feasibility and a commercial ranking. It answers queries of the form: “show me the 500 commercial facilities in Hermosillo with high photovoltaic potential, high probable consumption, modelled payback under five years and sufficient roof area”. Origination fees tied to financial transactions are reviewed legally before being charged.

Client
EPCs, ESCOs, developers, banks, funds, government
Indicative · MXN
Territorial licence $50,000–$250,000 per month, or per-analysis credits and API
11

Solar Intelligence

Not an irradiance map. Technical potential plus demand, tariff, finance and risk.

Per building or parcel: usable area, irradiance, potential kWp, annual production, self-consumption share, surplus, capital, saving, NPV, IRR, payback, avoided CO₂e and uncertainty. Reports geographic, technical, economic and executable potential as four distinct quantities. An algorithm can spot a promising roof; it does not replace structural, electrical, interconnection or permitting review.

12

Solar Fleet Intelligence

Once the asset exists, making sure it produces what was promised.

Performance ratio, anomalies, degradation, clipping, temperature, soiling, availability, prioritised maintenance and measured output against model. The recurring business after installation is holding the yield, not celebrating the commissioning.

Client
Asset owners and O&M
Indicative · MXN
$2,000–$10,000 per MW per month

Carbon & Energy MRV

Energy → cost → emissions → baseline → project → saving → evidence, in one chain.

Organisational greenhouse gas inventory on ISO 14064-1:2018, linked to the same baselines and measured savings the energy work produces. Supports reporting to the Registro Nacional de Emisiones, which applies to establishments in the listed sectors above 25,000 tCO₂e a year. Irven prepares calculations and evidence; it is not an accredited verification body.

Savings as a Service

Irven is paid out of savings that were verified, not promised.

The performance model CONUEE recognises for energy service companies. Success fee at 10–25% of verified savings, a hybrid of base fee plus 5–15% of incremental savings, or an ESCO/SPV structure where a partner finances the measures and recovers over the contract term. The contract defines baseline, weather, production, occupancy, independent variables, structural changes, M&V, instrumentation, data access, the savings formula, the split, maintenance, term, termination, equipment ownership and dispute resolution.

UPAC Compliance + Performance

Compliance, productivity and traceability from one set of evidence.

For a site that exceeded 45 GWh of electricity or 100,000 barrels of oil equivalent in fuel in the previous year: data capture, energy inventory, an ISO 50001-aligned energy management system, significant energy uses, performance indicators, baselines, evidence, actions and the reports CONUEE expects. The evidence that satisfies the obligation is very close to the evidence a diagnostic produces anyway.

16

AVEE-as-a-Service

The technical infrastructure behind a voluntary efficiency agreement.

CONUEE’s Acuerdos Voluntarios de Eficiencia Energética ask for measurable, verifiable commitments to reduce energy intensity; published participants include Audi, BorgWarner, Heineken, Daikin, Flex, General Motors and Ternium. Irven does not sell the agreement. It supplies the diagnostic, target, baseline, management system, dashboard, M&V and annual evidence file that make one manageable.

Demand Flexibility / VPP

A later phase, and deliberately so.

Two hundred HVAC units, a hundred pumps, fifty batteries and refrigeration add up to an aggregated flexible resource. The Ley del Sector Eléctrico contemplates controllable demand, but participating directly in the wholesale market carries representation, permitting and registration obligations. The prudent route is software first, then optimisation behind the meter, then partnership with an authorised participant, and only then regulated entry.

Phase 4 — not currently offered

On these figures. They are working hypotheses for validation, not published market rates and not a quotation. Price follows connected load, site complexity, data availability, depth of analysis and the number of sites. Scoping is free and ends in a fixed fee against an agreed scope, stating in writing what would make the diagnostic inconclusive.

The diagnostic pays for itself above a certain size.

PROFILE
  • Electricity spend above roughly $500,000 MXN a month
  • Thermal load, pumping or an energy-intensive process
  • Several tariff components, so the load shape sets the bill
  • Production sensitive to interruption or poor power quality
  • An identified owner of energy or facilities
  • Willing to share data, and able to fund capital or carry financing
SECTORS IN SONORA
  • Manufacturing
  • Cold chain
  • Supermarkets
  • Hotels
  • Hospitals
  • Mining
  • Water and pumping
  • Agro-industry
  • Industrial parks

Below this threshold an MRI can still be useful, but the honest answer is often that a tariff review and a schedule change will recover more than a diagnostic costs. Irven says so at scoping rather than after invoicing.
